The following general terms and conditions apply to all services associated with smartprnews.com (hereinafter referred to as SmartPR News). The offer of SmartPR News is an information service of Real Dime Media Michael Hertig (hereinafter called operator). The object of the services of SmartPR News is the creation of a database with PR announcements, its dissemination and publication as well as the circulation of context-sensitive advertising.

1. Content responsibility

The entries provided by third parties (named below) are not subject to editorial editing by SmartPR News. SmartPR News therefore assumes no responsibility for the completeness or correctness of the information contained in the entries, for which the customer alone is responsible.

2. Liability

2.1 Liability for editorial content

The contents of our pages were created with great care. However, we can not guarantee the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the PR entries of third parties. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to the general laws according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a service provider, we are not obligated to supervise transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances which indicate an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement. We will immediately remove these contents if we become aware of any such legal violations.

However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will immediately remove such links.

3. Copyright

SmartPR News does not review the content provided by the customer for editorial purposes. The customer is exclusively responsible for the content. The latter undertakes to release the operator of SmartPR News from claims of third parties, which are based on breaches committed by the customer. The content and works on these pages created by the website operator and third parties are subject to German copyright law. The duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Storage of our contents in databases as well as commercial use is only permitted with written approval by SmartPR News. If the content on this site was not created by the operator, the customer undertakes to observe the copyrights of third parties. In particular contents of third parties are marked as such. If you are nevertheless aware of a copyright infringement, we ask for a corresponding note. If we become aware of legal violations, we will immediately remove such content. SmartPR News reserves the right to further use and publish messages outside this website, especially within the SmartPR News network.

The use of our website is normally possible without giving personal data. 8. Final provisions

In case of invalidity of one of the above conditions the effectiveness of the remaining remains unaffected. In this case, the ineffective clause shall be replaced by another by mutual agreement which comes closest to the economic and the meaning of the ineffective clause.
