Our evening butchery demonstrations take place in our James Whelan Butchers shop in Clonmel and also in our location in the Avoca food market in Rathcoole. Two of our master butchers will demonstrate knife skills, pork and beef butchery while you sit back, enjoy the experience and afterwards sample some of our delicious meat. more information
